This device also isn’t comparable to window vista, I had to find windows xp or windows 98 to download stuff.

So far I am very pleased with this product. I am looking for an MP3 for my 5 year old and to not want to spend the money on an Ipod. (She likes to use mine…hA!!) Anyway, downloading is going great. I am not following the instructions. I have Windows XP and Media Player 11 and everything is going well. My daughter will receive it on Christmas so we will see what she thinks. My husband and I hope it will be a good replacement for our Ipod. Yo will need to figure out the buttons before you give it to a young child though. There is not a screen to see what song is coming next and the player plays at random. I am still trying to figure out how to get it to play songs in order by artist??? The sound is great though!!

misrepresented item on web had a picture of an mp3 player and received a movie tried severaltimes to get ahold of company and no one responded.finally got money back from amazon. At the time i placed the order the picture shown was the mp3 player.
